  Spend $10 on a cold “toasted” sandwich, and no free water cup. Suggested I could buy water for $3 though. McNamara can do better Edit: just now saw the staff rudely yell at customers on where sandwiches should be picked up. Do your due diligence folks and research a place before taking a chance.

  Would have rated a 4.5 for a tasty Pretzel Rueben sandwich but the staff was awful! Completely disinterested and seemingly bothered by anyone asking questions. Also, was bothered that they don’t give out water cups after paying $12 for a sandwich. So, between the eye rolling and huffing and puffing, I don’t plan on coming back. Too expensive for preordered food to deal with bad customer service.

  Their employees are inadequate. I asked the cashier if the cheddar soup was vegetarian friendly and she said “I think so”, then she another co-worker and someone that looked like they were a manager, and they all said it was vegetarian friendly. Three of their employees lied because there was meat in it and i found out while I was on my flight. This happened on April 5,2019 at approximately 1pm. I didn’t even receive a receipt. I still want my refund!

  Just threw away a $10 sandwich because it was virtually inedible. The veggie breakfast sandwich. Soaking in oil and all wilted greens. Awful. And, they can't give out a cup for water. You have to buy a drink. Just don't....

  This was a surprisingly good pastrami Reuben on a pretzel roll. The roll was perfect and hot. The pastrami was cold, so that took away from how good this could have been. I would get it again though.
